회의는 경기북부하나센터, 의정부시중독관리통합지원센터, 의정부힐링스병원, 드림스타트, 의정부시정신건강복지센터, 의정부시 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터 담당자들과 관련 공무원 등이 함께 했다. 코로나19로 인한 사회적 거리두기 일환으로 10명 이내의 소그룹으로 오전과 오후로 나누어 방역수칙을 준수해 진행했다고 한다.
