영북면 맞춤형복지팀은 찾아가는 보건복지서비스 추진을 위한 권역형 모델의 중심면으로, 2개면(영중면, 관인면)을 포함하여 통합사례관리 등 맞춤형 복지업무를 추진하고 있다고 했다.

이번 통합사례회의는 임대료 체납과 열악한 거주환경에 처해있는 가구와 겨울철 한파에 취약한 홀몸어르신가구의 주거내부환경을 개선하기 위해 관련 기관을 비롯해 마을 이장, 건축전문가 등이 모여 진행했다고 전했다.

영북면 관계자는 “다양한 기관․단체들과 다각도로 논의해 적절한 해결방안을 제시했다.”라며 “앞으로도 민관협력을 통해 도움이 필요한 대상자들에게 알맞은 서비스를 통합적으로 연계·제공해 나갈 계획이다.”라고 밝혔다.
