종합사회복지관과 협업한 이번 ‘솔루션 맛집’ 사례회의는 행복한 채무조정상담소 이원철 소장을 초빙해 채무 관련 사례에 초점을 두고 채무조정에 대한 전반적인 이해와 5건의 실제 사례에 대한 문제해결 방안을 논의하는 시간을 가졌고, 보이스 피싱으로 인한 채무, 계좌 압류, 채무조정제도 ‘개인회생 및 개인파산, 신용회복지원’ 등에 대해서도 실제 현장 사례를 통해 효과적인 사례개입 방안을 논의했다고 했다.

회의에 참여한 한 업무담당자는 “실제 현장에서 접할 수 있는 다양한 사례에 대한 전문가의 자문을 통해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 힘을 얻었다.”라며 “사례 대상자에게 많은 도움이 될 수 있도록 더욱 노력하겠다.”라고 전했다.
