[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 2월 8일 의정부시는 통합사례관리사의 노고를 격려하고 사례관리에 대한 정보 공유 및 활성화를 위한 논의를 하고자 통합사례관리사 간담회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 간담회는 전년도 통합사례관리 근무평가 결과 공유, 권역별 동료 피어코칭 운영에 대한 구체적인 내용 논의, 역량강화 교육 및 슈퍼비전에 대한 의견 교환 및 애로사항 청취 등 다양한 의견을 나누는 자리였으며, 특히 전년도에 첫 시행한 피어코칭은 통합사례관리사의 전문지식 및 경험 공유, 사례관리 기술 습득 지원 등을 통해 정보 교류의 활성화 기반을 마련했다는 평가를 받아 올해도 추진하기로 했고, 신규사례 발굴 및 질적 서비스 연계에도 주력해 의정부시의 통합사례관리를 위해 열심히 뛸 것을 다짐했다고 전했다.

의정부시에서는 내부슈퍼바이저 역할을 수행하는 통합사례관리사에게 전문적인 슈퍼비전 제공을 통해 양질의 통합사례관리를 수행하고 전문성을 강화할 수 있도록 지원할 예정이라고 했다.

고현숙 복지정책과장은 “점차 다양해지는 복지대상자의 맞춤형 서비스 지원을 위해 통합사례관리사의 역할이 중요하다”며 “위기가구에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하도록 담당자들의 역량 강화를 위한 통합사례관리 업무지원을 지속해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
