[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 24일부터 2월 2일까지 양주소방서는 설 연휴를 맞아 화재예방 분위기 조성을 위해 ‘주택용 소방시설 선물하기’ 홍보를 추진 중이라고 밝혔다.

주택용 소방시설이란 단독경보형 감지기와 소화기를 말하며 화재예방, 소방시설 설치·유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률 8조에 따라 아파트와 기숙사를 제외한 공동주택과 단독주택에 의무적으로 설치해야 하는 소방시설이라고 했다.

소방서는 주택용 소방시설 설치 독려를 위해 시청 및 소방서 전광판을 활용한 영상·문자 매체 홍보, 버스정보시스템을 활용한 홍보, 지역 언론 및 SNS매체를 활용한 비대면 홍보 등을 추진하고 있다고 전했다.

박미상 양주소방서장은 “설 명절 주택용 소방시설을 통해 가족과 이웃에게 안전을 선물하고 행복한 명절을 지냈으면 좋겠다.”고 말했다.
