[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 26일 동두천시 송내동행정복지센터와 송내동 지역사회보장협의체는 취약계층이 따뜻한 설날을 보낼 수 있도록 착한식당 나눔데이 행사를 펼쳤다고 밝혔다. 

나눔데이는 매월 1회 착한식당에서 후원하는 간식류와 식사류로 구성된 식품들을 취약계층에 전달하며 어려운 이웃들의 안부를 확인하는 행사로, 이번에는 복지사각지대에 있는 가구들에 백숙, 도시락, 떡, 빵 등으로 구성된 식품을 전달하는 것으로 진행됐다고 했다. 

최순일 송내동장은 “매달 어려운 이웃들에게 정성스럽게 선물상자를 전달해준 지역사회보장협의체 위원들과 착한식당 후원자분들께 감사드린다. 지속되는 코로나19로 인해 지친 취약계층에게 희망이 전달되었으면 좋겠다”고 밝혔다.
