8개 반 92명, 읍면 25명 현업근무 107명 등 224명의 공무원들은 연휴기간 특별근무를 실시하는 등 각 분야별 긴급 상황에 대비하기로 했으며 먼저 종합상황실 운영을 통해 각 분야의 상황을 총괄하고, 재해‧재난과 산불 등에 대비해 24시간 모니터링을 하면서 상황보고체계를 유지하기로 했으며 연휴기간을 산불방지 특별대책기간으로 정하고 군청과 각 읍면에 산불상황실을 운영하는 등 산불예방 홍보와 24시간 비상연락체계를 구축한다.
