[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양주소방서는 시민 안전대처 능력 향상을 위해 재난 및 안전관리 전문 민간전문강사를 활용하여 맞춤형 재난안전교육을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

전문지식을 갖추고 2명으로 구성된 양주소방서 민간전문강사 재난안전교육은 장애인, 노인, 외국인 등 취약계층과 교사, 각 지역 부녀회 등 교육이 필요한 기관 및 단체 누구든 무상으로 교육신청이 가능하며, 교육 내용은 응급처치, 화재ㆍ생활ㆍ재난안전 4개 분야를 집중적으로 교육하고 그 외 교통ㆍ범죄안전까지 교육범위에 포함되고, 교육 신청은 소방서로 연락을 하면 안내 받을 수 있다고 했다.

박미상 양주소방서장은 “우수한 역량과 전문지식을 갖춘 민간전문강사를 활용한 재난안전교육의 기회가 확대되어 안전사각지대가 해소되기를 바란다.”고 말했다.
