이날 행사는 양주1·2동, 백석읍, 광적면, 장흥면 사례관리대상가구 및 저소득가구를 대상으로 진행했고, 크리스마스 시즌에도 불구하고 경제적인 어려움 등으로 소외될 수 있는 가구들을 살펴 모두가 즐겁고 함께할 수 있는 크리스마스를 보낼 수 있도록 하고자 했으며, 특히 코로나 19의 장기화로 인해 외출 및 외식 등 문화활동이 어려운 사회적 상황에서 크리스마스 선물꾸러미 지원을 통해 소소한 즐거움을 전달하고자 했다고 했다.
