[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 13일 북면 지역사회보장협의체에서는 사례관리대상가구를 방문, 노후화된 천막교체 작업을 실시하였다고 밝혔다. 

이번 집수리는 이런 사연으로 지난달 북면 지역사회보장협의체 제6차 정기회의에 안건이 상정되어 지원이 이뤄질 수 있었고, 주택이 워낙 낡고 오래되어 별도의 지붕설치는 안전상 불가하였고, 기존 천막교체 방식으로 진행 되었다고 했다.      

사례관리 대상가구는 남자 독거어르신 가구로 흙집에 지붕이 천막인 열악한 주거환경에서 거주 중이었으며 천막의 수명이 다해 비가 오면 누수가 되고 그로인해 곰팡이가 피는 등 생활에 많은 곤란을 겪고 계셨다고 했다.    

집수리에는 북면지역사회보장협의체 위원들이 참여하여 구슬땀을 흘렸으며 집수리를 받은 사례관리대상자는 “몸도 성치 않아 엄두도 못 냈는데 천막을 교체해주니 비가와도 걱정 없이 지낼 수 있어 기쁘다”며 고마움을 표하였다

이해곤 북면장은 “지역문제에 늘 솔선수범하는 북면 지역사회보장협의체에 깊이 감사드리며 협의체와 더불어 우리 지역 이웃들의 어려움을 더욱 세심히 살피겠다고” 말하였다.
