양주시무한돌봄행복센터의 ‘2021년 꿈꾸는 아이 사랑 심는 우리 문화(영화관람)’는 양주시 남부권역 저소득·위기가정의 아동·청소년들에게 문화지원사업 참여를 통해 소통하고 지지받을 수 있는 기회를 제공하여 밝고 건전한 인성 함양에 도움을 주고 안정감과 소속감을 느끼도록 하여 행복감이 증진되도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다고 했다.

양주시무한돌봄행복센터는 코로나19로 인해 문화활동 참여기회가 없어진 위기가정 아동청소년들에게 코로나19 방역지침을 지키면서 문화활동에 참여할 수 있도록 자원봉사자를 연계하여 4인 1조로 영화를 관람할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다고 전했다.
