이번 공모전은 한국사회보장정보원 주관으로 지난 12월 1일부터 8일까지 진행됐고, 전국 지방자치단체에서 수행한 복지사각지대 발굴 위기가구의 어려움을 통합사례관리와 민관협력을 통해 어떻게 해소했는지를 세심하게 평가했다고 전했다.

중앙동행정복지센터는 올해 노인복지관, 정신건강복지센터와의 사회복지 업무협약을 체결, 긴밀한 협력체계를 구축한 것을 계기로 복잡하고 다양한 복지위기에 놓여 있던 독거노인 발굴과 공동사례관리 추진에 대한 모든 과정을 상세하게 작성하여 입상의 영예를 안았다고 했다.

이춘우 중앙동장은 “장려상을 수상하게 되어 매우 영광스럽게 생각하고, 앞으로도 통합사례관리와 복지사각지대 관련 공모전에 참여하여 우리시만의 우수 선도 사업을 널리 알릴 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 전했다.
