[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 2월 8일 동두천시 중앙동행정복지센터는 복지사각지대 발굴 및 제보에 최적의 효과가 나타날 수 있는 홍보포스터를 제작했다고 밝혔다.

홍보포스터는 복잡하고 다양한 위기에 놓여있지만 도움을 요청할 수 있는 방법을 알지 못하거나 복지 정보가 취약한 주민을 선제적으로 찾아내기 위해 최근 사례회의를 통해 제작을 결정한 후 신속하게 추진됐다고 했다.

포스터는 모든 사람의 눈에 잘 띄는 파스텔 계열 색상으로 효과성을 높였고, 동시에 어디든 쉽게 부착이 가능하면서도 사업장과 기관에 피해가 없도록 B4크기로 제작하여 특별함을 더했다고 전했다.

중앙동행정복지센터는 향후 상업지구가 대부분인 지역 특성을 반영하여 식당과 카페, 미용실, 슈퍼, 복권판매점 등 동네사랑방과 종교기관, 노인복지관에 홍보포스터를 배부하여 위기가구 발굴 기반을 마련할 계획이라고 했다. 

이춘우 중앙동장은 “포스터를 통해 다양한 어려움에 직면한 제도권 밖 틈새 계층을 능동적으로 발굴하여 가구별 특성에 맞는 공공·민간 복지 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 밝혔다.
