[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 20일 동두천시 중앙동행정복지센터는 2022년 첫 내부사례회의를 개최하고 현안 사항을 논의했다고 밝혔다.

이날 회의는 최근 수립한 맞춤형복지 사례회의 추진계획을 근거해 추진됐고, 중앙동장과 맞춤형복지팀장, 사례관리 담당공무원 등 4명이 참석한 가운데 동절기 복지사각지대 발굴 위기가구의 신규 사례관리 지원 여부를 안건에 상정했다고 전했다.

오랜 시간 자유로운 토의와 의견수렴을 통해 현재의 어려움에서 벗어날 때까지 통합사례관리 대상자로 선정 후 보호하고, 공공·민간 복지자원을 상시 연계하며 모니터링을 강화해 나가기로 뜻을 모았다고 했다.

이춘우 중앙동장은 “올해에는 작년보다 더 많이 사례회의를 개최할 수 있도록 노력하고, 공공부문 사례관리 연계·협력과 실무자 역량강화 계기를 마련하여 객관성과 전문성을 높이는데 총력을 기울이겠다”고 말했다.
