[남상훈 기자 = 의정부] 지난 16일 김동근 의정부시장은 장기간 행정·세무 분야의 무료 민원 상담을 통해 시정발전에 이바지한 상담위원 2명에게 감사패를 전달했다고 밝혔다.

김 시장은 수여식을 통해 그동안 재능기부를 통해 지역사회 발전에 헌신·봉사해온 민원 상담위원의 공로에 대한 감사의 의미를 담아 46만 의정부시민을 대표해 감사패를 전달했다.

감사패를 전달받은 박수열 상담위원은 행정 분야에서 9년을 활동했으며 임대성 상담위원은 세무 분야에서 14년을 활동했다.

한편, 의정부시는 시민들이 민원 및 생활 불편을 해소하고자 법률, 행정, 노무, 건축 분야의 무료 민원 상담 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 행정 분야 무료 민원 상담은 의정부시청 일반민원실의 무료상담실에서 매일 10시부터 17시까지 받을 수 있다. 

법률 등 다른 분야 상담을 원하면 상담 요일 및 시간 확인 후 예약을 통해 방문 및 전화로 상담을 받을 수 있다. 상담을 원하는 시민은 의정부시청 홈페이지에서 확인하거나 민원여권과에서 안내받을 수 있다.
