[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 평창군보건의료원 정신건강복지센터는 9월부터 12월까지 공직자 500여명을 대상으로 정신건강상담실과 공직자 심리상담센터를 운영한다. 

각종 재난업무, 민원을 처리하면서 업무과중으로 지친 공직자들의 마음을 위로하고 정신건강을 회복시키며, 고위험군을 조기 발굴하여 적절한 정신건강 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 

군에 따르면  평창군은 관내 단체 및 기관 10곳을 대상으로 max pulse를 통한 스트레스 검사 및 척도검사(우울, 스트레스,자살, 불면)를 진행하고 있으며, 단체 및 대상자들을 폭넓게 지정하여 진행하고 있다.

이용배 보건사업과장은 “공직자들의 정신건강을 적극적으로 관리해 안정적인 조직문화를 형성하고, 직원들의 심리적 고충을 해결하는데 도움이 되길바란다.”고 말했다.
