[남상훈 기자 = 가평] 3일 가평군은 정책실명제 중점관리 대상사업 선정 시, 국민수요를 직접 반영해 국민이 원하는 사업이 공개될 수 있도록 하는 ‘국민신청실명제’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

정책실명제는 행정기관에서 수립‧시행되는 주요정책의 추진경과, 진행사항 및 업무담당자의 실명을 기록 관리하고 공개함으로써 정책의 투명성과 책임성을 높이기 위한 제도다.

대상사업은 국정과제, 대규모 예산 및 연구용역, 법령 제‧개정 등으로 접수된 사업은 정책실명제 심의위원회의를 통해 정책의 공개여부를 결정해 공개할 예정이다. 공개를 원하는 군민은 누구나 상시 신청 할 수 있으며, 신청은 군 홈페이지 안내에 따라 이메일이나 우편 및 방문 접수하면 된다.

그러나 정보공개법상 비공개 사유에 해당, 정책실명제 취지와 다른 단순 민원, 신청내용이 불분명한 경우나 특정할 수 없는 경우, 이미 정책실명제로 공개된 사안 등은 신청 대상에서 제외된다.
