[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 동해시(시장 심규언)가 지역의 정규직 일자리 확대와 구인구직난 해소를 위해 내년 1월부터 2023년 동해형 정규직 취직지원사업을 추진한다.

 

사업비 5억원을 투입하는 이번사업의 지원규모는 100명으로, 관내 기업이 정규직을 채용하게 되면 1인당 월 50만원을 10개월간 지원하게 된다. 

 

시는 내년 1월부터 참여기업을 모집‧선정하고 2월부터 정규직 근로자 채용기업에 지원금 신청을 받아 실제 근무여부 확인을 거쳐 지원금을 지급하게 된다.
