[김준호 기자=영월군] 영월군은 최근 군민 불편과 신속한 행정서스를 위해  악성민원 사전예방 및 민원처리 담당자의 안전한 근무환경 조성을 위해 휴대용 보호장비(음성 녹음기)를 배부했다.

음성녹음기는 ‘공무원증 케이스형 녹음기’로 최근 늘어가는 민원인의 폭언·폭행·성희롱 등 악성민원 사전예방 및 입증자료 확보를 위한 장비이다.

영월군수는 “최근 늘어나고 있는 악성 민원이 다른 민원인에게 불안감을 주고, 민원 처리를 지연시키는 등 군민 불편을 초래하는 상황에서 보다 나은 행정서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 안전한 근무환경이 선행되어야 그 혜택이 더 많은 군민들에게 돌아갈 것”이라고 말했다

아울러 영월군, 민원 처리 담당자 보호 및 지원 조례를 제정 중에 있으며, 민원실 안전유리 설치 등 민원인의 돌발행동으로부터 직원들을 보호할 예정이다.
