[김준호 기자 = 심척시] 삼척시(박상수 시장)가 2022년 지방세외수입 우수사례 최우수상 및 지방세 연찬회 우수상 수상에 이어, 지방세정 운영 종합평가에서도 우수상을 수상하여 세무행정 분야에 명실상부한 도내 최고의 자치단체임을 증명해 보였다.

 

삼척시의 지방세 징수액은 2022년 11월 말 기준 862억 원으로 전년 동월 대비 124억 원을 초과 징수하였으며, 삼척시 재정조달의 기초를 담당하고 있는 지방세 징수에 총력을 기울여 삼척시 건전재정 운영과 안정성에 힘쓰고 있다.

 

이번 종합평가는 지방세정 운영 평가 5개 항목 20개 조항을 지표로 삼아 분야별 총망라하여 평가되었다. 시는 2017년부터 2019년까지 3년 연속 우수, 2020년 최우수 기관 선정에 이어 올해는 우수상을 수상햇다.
