[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시가 시책추진 법률 자문 및 각종 소송, 행정심판 등 시정현안에 적극 대응하고 행정 신뢰성과 법적 안정성을 확보하고자 2023년도 고문변호사 4명을 위촉했다.

 

위촉된 고문변호사는 이주해 변호사, 김규수 변호사, 방경희 변호사, 이재욱 변호사로 이들은 2022년에 이어 연임됐으며, 지난해 총 6건의 소송수행과 97건의 자문을 수행하여 시의 법무 행정력 향상에 기여했다.

 

4명의 고문변호사는 올해 1월부터 12월말까지 1년간 시를 당사자로 하는 소송사건을 수행하고, 각종 이의신청·행정심판 및 기타 법령해석에 관한 사항들에 대한 자문을 수행하게 된다.
