[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기 북부 친환경 환경성질환 예방관리센터 '숲의 약속'은 지난 1일부터 5일까지 환경과 기후 변화에 대응하는 건강관리 특수분야 '가치(價値)하는 휴(休)' 교원 연수 프로그램을 실시하였다고 밝혔다.

환경과 기후 변화로 인해 환경성질환을 앓고 있는 학생들의 증가에 따른 환경성 질환의 이해를 돕고 이에 대처하는 교원의 역량을 키우기 위한 프로그램을 중심으로 운영 되었다.

이와 더불어 코로나 상황 및 직무 스트레스 등으로 마음의 안정과 신체의 회복이 필요한 교육자들을 위한 힐링 프로그램과 심리지지 차 명상, 트리클라이밍 체험, 자연과 함께하는 치유 음악, 치유의 숲에서 하는 치유 신체활동 프로그램 등을 진행하였다. 

교원연수에 참여한 참가자는 “이번 연수는 다양한 프로그램들과 교육들로 구성되어 있어 환경성질환에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라, 그 동안 직무로 인해 쌓였던 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 좋은 시간 이였다.”며 “앞으로도 많은 교사들이 이런 좋은 연수를 받을 수 있었으면 좋겠다.”고 소감을 밝혔다. 

가평군 환경성질환 예방관리센터는 "본 연수를 계기로 환경과 기후 변화, 환경성질환과 관련한 교원의 역량강화 및 인식제고에 도움이 되길 바라며, 더불어 이를 학교 교육에 구현시킴으로써 학생들의 환경성질환에 대한 올바른 이해와 긍정적인 영향이 미치길 기대하고 있다"고 전했다.
