이날 협약식에는 조학수 부시장을 비롯해 정덕영 시의회의장, 안순덕 시의원, 서경식 농협하나로유통 양주지사장, 성익제 사업지원부장, 관계부서 국소장 등이 참석한 가운데 아이스팩 재사용 사업의 안정적인 추진을 위한 제반사항 등에 합의하고 협약사항 이행을 위해 적극 협력하기로 했다고 밝혔다.
