[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군보건소는 출산가정의 산모 및 신생아의 건강관리를 위하여 건강관리 인력을 지원하여 산모의 산후회복과 신생아의 양육을 지원하고 출산 가정의 경제적 부담을 경감하기 위하여 산모·신생아 건강관리 지원사업의 지원가능 대상을 확대했다고 밝혔다. 

산모신생아 건강관리 지원사업은 산모·신생아 기초 체온 확인, 신생아 목욕, 모유수유 및 인공수유 돕기 등 이용자의 욕구나 필요 우선순위에 따른 서비스를 제공하며, 출산예정일 40일전부터 출산일 30일 이후까지 신청가능하다고 했다.

가평군은 기준중위소득 150%이하의 가구일 경우 태아유형, 출산순위에 따라 정부지원금을 지원하던 것을 2018년 확대하여 가평군에 거주한지 6개월 이상 된 모든 출산가구에 대해서 산모·신생아 건강관리 지원을 하고 있으며, 신청방법은 온라인 신청 및 방문신청이 있으며, 온라인 신청은 복지로사이트에서 가능하고, 방문신청은 보건소 및 보건지소에서 접수 가능하다고 했다.
