[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 24일부터 오는 2월 18일까지 가평군 환경성질환 예방관리센터는 ‘숲의 약속’ 제2기 서포터즈를 모집 한다고 밝혔다.

서포터즈의 활동기간은 올해 3월부터 11월까지 총 8개월간이며, 작년과 같이 두 분야로 모집한다고 했다.

가족 서포터즈는 환경성질환 ‘아토피, 알레르기 비염 등’을 가진 가평군 6~7가족을 대상으로 숲 생태계 활동 및 환경성질환 예방교육 등 다양한 프로그램을 제공 할 예정이며, 학생 SNS 서포터즈는 경기도 내 거주 중·고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 30명을 모집하며 환경성질환예방관리센터 홍보뿐만 아니라 건강과 환경을 지키는 플로깅, 탄소중립 실천 생활 등 다양한 미션과 주제로 운영된다고 전했다.

참여하는 서포터즈에게는 활동 종료 후 자원봉사 시간 부여 및 위촉장을 수여하고 우수 활동자에게는 표창도 주어지고, 지원 방법은 가평군 환경성질환예방관리센터 숲의 약속 홈페이지에서 지원신청서를 다운받아 작성 후 담당자의 이메일 혹은 팩스로 제출하면 된다고 했다.

이용복 환경정책과장은 “2기 숲의약속 서포터즈를 통해 많은 이들에게 환경성질환예방을 위한 올바른 정보를 제공하고 환경보호 활동을 활성화하며 환경성질환예방관리센터를 효과적으로 홍보하는 계기가 되기 바란다”고 말했다.
