[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 29일 동두천시 생연2동행정복지센터는 관내 익명의 기부자로부터 희망나눔상자에 비치해 달라며 KF-AD 마스크 4500매를 기부 받았다고 밝혔다.

생연2동에 거주하는 익명의 기부자는 “최근 신문에서 희망나눔상자에 대해 접하게 되었고, 사두고 막상 쓰지 못했던 마스크를 희망나눔상자를 통해 행정복지센터에 방문하시는 취약계층 이웃분들이 하나씩 가져가시면 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 들어 기부하게 되었다”며 조용히 전달했다. 

김일 생연2동장은 “코로나19로 어려운 시기임에도 희망나눔상자에 풍성함을 더해 준 기부자에게 감사인사를 표하며, 희망나눔상자가 더욱 활성화되어 더 많은 주민들이 이용할 수 있도록 노력을 기울이겠다”고 전했다.
