[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 20일, 북면 주민자치위원회는 북면행정복지센터를 방문하여 겨울철 어려운 이웃을 위해 써달라며 현금 200만원을 이웃돕기 성금으로 기탁하였다고 밝혔다.   

최광근 위원장은 코로나19로 어려운 여건속에서 위원들과 함께 주민자치위원회를 이끌어 왔고, 내년부터 주민자치회로 발전을 기원하며 주민자치위원들의 뜻을 모아 이웃돕기 성금을 기탁하였다고 했다.   

최광근 위원장은 “장기화된 코로나19로 몸과 마음이 추운 겨울을 보내게 될 어려운 이웃들에게 조금이나마 보탬이 되고자 성금을 기탁하게 되었다며, 앞으로도 지역사회를 위한 나눔활동에 적극적으로 참여하겠다”고 전했다. 

이에 이해곤 북면장은 “전년대비 기부물품 및 성금도 크게 줄어 걱정이 크던 차에 개인기부 및 단체기부에 적극적인 활동을 보이신 최광근 위원장의 성금기탁에 감사드리며 성금은 어려운 이웃들을 위해 소중히 사용하겠다” 고 감사함을 전했다.
