[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4월 5일, 북면행정복지센터는 기부물품 지원 업체 2곳과 안정적인 기부물품 공급 및 나눔 문화 확산을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하였다고 밝혔다. 

이번 협약은 북면행정복지센터, 북면지역사회보장협의체, 제빵업소 3자간 업무협약으로 협약의 주요내용으로 북면행정복지센터는 업체 선행홍보 및 행정업무 지원, 북면협의체는 소외계층 발굴 및 배분봉사, 르봉뺑은 매주 금요일, 거북당은 매주 수요일, 제빵을 제공하는 내용으로 이루어졌다고 했다. 

이번 협약은 가평지역을 대표하는 제빵업체인 르봉뺑과 거북당이 참여하였고, 평소 지역에서 받은 사랑을 조금이나마 보답하고 싶어 후원을 하게 되었다는 두 제빵업소 대표들은 북면뿐만 아니라 가평읍에도 후원을 이어가고 있는 중이라고 전했다. 

남경호 북면장은 “후원업체 발굴이 어떤 읍‧면보다 절실한 북면에 선뜻 후원을 결정하고 이행해주셔서 면민을 대표하여 감사드리고 후원업체의 지속적인 후원이 이루어질 수 있도록 관리에 더욱 힘써 풍성한 북면을 만들겠다”고 말했다.
