[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 6일 북면행정복지센터 3층 대회의실에서는 북면인적안전망 역량강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 교육은 한림대학교 고윤순 교수를 모시고 '해결중심 상담법'이라는 주제로 2시간동안 진행되었고, 이번 교육은 최근 코로나19 지역내 재유행을 감안하여 철저한 방역수칙을 준수하며 20여명의 참가자만 선발하여 진행하였다고 했다.   

효과적인 경청방법 및 대화법, 강점관점을 활용한 상담법, 해결중심상담법에 대해 여러 가지 상담예시를 활용하여 이해되기 쉽게 강의가 이뤄졌으며 도구활용방법(감정카드)을 통해 실습도 병행되는 등 실제 주민상담에 활용할 수 있는 강의가 이뤄져 참석자들의 그 어느 때보다 뜨거운 교육의 열기를 느낄 수 있었다고 전했다. 

인적안전망이란 복지사각지대 발굴 및 지역사회 보호체계 마련 등 마을 복지문제 해결을 위한 읍·면·동 단위 주민 네트워크로 북면에서는 지역사회보장협의체, 명예사회복지공무원, 복지이장 등 36명으로 구성되어  인적안전망을 운영 중이라고 했다.   

이해곤 북면장은 “지속적인 인적안전망 역량강화 교육을 통하여 인적안전망의 사회복지 전문성을 향상시켜 지역보호체계를 더욱 견고하게 구축하겠다”고 밝혔다.
