이번에 모집하는 프로그램은 요가 주·야간, 맷돌체조, 동양화, 한지공예, 서예반 등 1차 접수와, 중국어 초·중급반, 난타, 실버·성인태권도 등 2차 접수, 총 11개 프로그램으로 오는 2월 3일부터 3월 31일까지 송내동 주민자치센터에서 운영할 예정이라고 했다. 

송내동 주민자치센터를 통해 동두천시민이면 누구나 신청할 수 있으며, 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 수강생을 두 차례로 나눠 모집 예정이고, 3차 접종 완료자 또는 2차 접종 후 6개월 이내인 자만 신청 가능하며, 프로그램 수강 중 마스크 항시 착용 및 취식 금지 등을 통해 코로나19에 대비하여 안전하게 프로그램을 운영해 나갈 방침이고, 기타 자세한 사항은 동두천시 송내동 주민자치센터를 방문하거나 사무실로 문의하면 된다고 했다.
