[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 24일 가산면행정복지센터와 가산면지역사회보장협의체는 정례회의와 복지사각지대 발굴을 위한 홍보 캠페인을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 정례회의에서는 소외계층의 식생활 개선과 일상생활의 안정감을 주기 위해 ‘가산면세찬봉사단’을 조직하여 밑반찬을 지원하는 봉사활동을 실시하기로 결정했다고 했다.

회의 후에는 가산면행정복지센터 앞을 시작으로 유동인구가 많은 농협하나로마트, 버스정류장 등을 중심으로 보냉백, 볼펜 등 홍보물품을 배부하며 복지사각지대 발굴 캠페인을 진행했다고 했다. 

이덕순 위원장은 “복지사각지대에 놓여있는 우리 이웃을 발굴하기 위해 주민들의 관심이 절실히 필요하다.”며 “민·관 협력을 통해 따뜻한 이웃사랑을 전할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.

한편, 가산면행정복지센터는 어려운 이웃들에게 기초생활수급, 긴급복지, 후원연계 등 공공 및 민간의 복지서비스를 연계하여 위기상황이 해소될 수 있도록 적극 지원할 계획이라고 했다.
