[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시 송산3동은 동절기(가을‧겨울철)를 앞두고 관내 복지사각지대 위기가구 발굴 및 복지연계를 위한 ‘복지사각지대 위기가구 발굴’ 캠페인을 진행하고 있다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠페인은 지난 10월 25일부터 시작됐으며, 관내 임대아파트 9개소(라디언트캐슬, 브라운빌리지, 부용마을 3단지, 양지마을 8․9‧10단지, 용암마을 13․16단지, 휴스토리) 관리사무소를 직접 방문하여 복지사각지대 위기가구 발굴을 위한 홍보 캠페인을 실시했다고 했다.

이번 캠페인은 코로나19로 인하여 찾아가는 복지상담반 운영이 어려워지면서 비대면 홍보를 위하여 직원이 2인 1조로 관리사무소를 방문하여 복지사각지대 발굴 안내문과 홍보물품 등을 전달했으며, 아울러 단지내 관리비 및 공과금 체납 등의 위기가구 발견시 적극 제보할 것을 요청했다고 했다.

또한 관내 초‧중‧고등학교 및 유치원과 어린이집 63개소에도 복지사각지대 발굴 안내문 및 공문을 발송했으며, 명예사회복지공무원인 통장님들과 지역사회보장협의체 위원들에게도 주변에 도움이 필요한 대상자들이 있으면 동 행정복지센터로 적극 연락할 것을 안내했다고 전했다.

민형식 송산권역동 국장은 “지속적으로 유관 기관 및 명예사회복지공무원과 협력해 복지 위기가구를 발굴하겠으며, 어려운 이웃을 향한 따뜻한 시선으로 복지사각지대 위기가구 제보에 힘써 주시길 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
