[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 포천시 가산면지역사회보장협의체는 65세 이상 홀몸 어르신들의 정서적 안정을 위한 ‘따르릉~ 행복콜 안부전화 사업’을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

지난 5월부터 시행한 ‘따르릉~ 행복콜 안부전화 사업’은 가산면 홀몸 어르신 1명과 가산면지역사회보장협의체 위원 1명이 결연을 맺어, 월 2회 안부전화를 실시하는 사업이라고 했다.

안부전화를 통해 홀몸 어르신의 생활실태 등을 파악하고, 반려화분과 응급 시 도움을 받을 수 있는 비상 연락처 등을 전달하는 등 어르신들의 외로움과 삶의 시름을 달래주는 복지 서비스라고 했다.

이덕순 위원장은 “지속적인 돌봄이 필요한 홀몸어르신의 건강 상태 및 안부를 수시로 확인해 복지사각지대가 최소화되도록 가산면지역사회보장협의체가 지속적으로 관리할 계획이다.”라고 밝혔다.

이영구 가산면장은 “코로나19로 소통이 단절되어 어려움을 겪고 있는 시기일수록 복지사각지대를 최소화하기 위해 더욱 노력해 어르신들의 건강과 안전을 지켜 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
