[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 16일, 동두천시 보산동행정복지센터는 복지사각지대 발굴과 해소를 위해 6개 시설과 협조해 ‘민관 협력 복지안전망 구축’에 첫 발을 내딛었다고 밝혔다. 

세븐일레븐 동두천보산점 등 관내에 위치한 편의점 4곳과 동두천시 두드림마켓, 동두천시 커뮤니티센터를 방문해 위기가구 제보를 요청하고, 복지사각지대 안내문 설치를 완료했다고 전했다. 

해당 사업은 누구나 쉽게 복지서비스를 문의할 수 있도록 주민들의 왕래가 많은 곳에 복지서비스 제공 안내문을 비치해 주민 제보를 활성화하는 사업이며, 편의점을 시작으로 파출소, 종교시설, 세탁소, 미용실, 음식점 등 다양한 시설에 안내문을 설치해 더욱 촘촘한 복지안전망을 구축해 나갈 예정이라고 했다.
