또한, 이 채널을 통해 제보된 위기가구에게 은현면행정복지센터 맞춤형복지팀과 은현면지역사회보장협의체가 전화, 방문상담을 통해 맞춤형복지서비스를 제공할 예정이라고 했다.

김지현 은현면장은 “코로나19 확산에 따른 사회적 거리두기로 이웃에 대한 관심이 줄어드는 상황이지만 카카오채널을 통해 소외이웃을 적극 발굴해 복지 사업에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
