[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 15일, 동두천시 중앙동행정복지센터는 SNS공식 계정을 통해 주민과 상시적으로 소통 중이라고 밝혔다.

중앙동행정복지센터는 코로나19의 확산으로 인한 대면 중심의 복지사각지대 발굴과 지역사회 홍보가 한계점에 노출됨에 따라 고심 끝에 지난 1월 27일 페이스북 계정을 개설하였고, 주요 활동과 복지관련 게시물을 수시로 게시하고 있다고 전했다. 

지난 2월 15일 기준 설 명절 이웃돕기, 종교기관 및 슈퍼, 봉사하는 착한식당을 대상으로 실시한 복지사각지대 발굴 협의, 희망나눔상자 운영, 독거노인 가정 전화번호 스티커 배부, 포스터 제작 등 총 13건의 생생한 소식을 전하였다고 했다.

이춘우 중앙동장은 “주민생활에 도움이 되는 생활 정보를 비롯하여 기초생활보장, 긴급복지 등의 주요 복지제도를 폭넓게 홍보하여 SNS가 더욱 활성화될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
