[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(군수 심재국)은 29일까지 인명피해가 우려되는 재해취약지역 일제조사를 실시하고 근본적인 대책을 수립한다고 밝혔다. 

군은 일제조사 결과를 바탕으로 재해위험이 해소된 지역은 해제하고 인명피해 우려가 있는 지역은 재해취약지역으로 신규 지정하는 등 특별관리할 계획이다.

인명피해 우려 재해취약지역으로 지정된 지역은 관리책임자를 지정하는 등 관리전담제를 실시하고 기상특보 등 기상악화 시 수시 예찰활동과 위험 징후 발견 즉시 통제‧위험지역 주민 대피유도 등 현장 활동을 전개한다.

심재국 평창군수는 “여름철 자연재난 발생시 인명피해 우려지역에 대한 출입제한과 대피명령 등이 발령되면 군민들의 적극적인 협조 등 자연재해에 대한 지속적인 안전의식과 관심을 가져줄 것”을 당부했다.
