[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(군수 심재국)은 7일 군청 대회의실에서 서울 강서구(구청장 김태우)와 경제, 문화, 스포츠 등 다양한 분야에서 서로의 우수정책을 공유하고, 지속적인 상호 교류를 통해 교류협력사업을 발굴한다는 내용으로 우호교류 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

양 도시의 기관장들은 입을 모아 “오늘 협약이 두 지역의 우정을 움트게 하는 씨앗이 되기를 희망한다.”라며, “앞으로 교류가 활발하게 되기를 기대하는 마음을 고향사랑기부금에 담았다.”라고 전했다. 

한편, 평창군은 지난 1월 31일 HAPPY700평창사랑 기부 릴레이의 시작을 알린 것에 이어, 2월 13일 우호교류도시인 인천 연수구와 상호기부 캠페인을 진행한 바 있다.
