[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 22일 의정부시 드림스타트는 실무자들을 대상으로 2021년 제2회 드림스타트 슈퍼비전을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 슈퍼비전은 동두천시정신건강복지센터 정혜선 부센터장을 슈퍼바이저로 초빙하였으며, 아동통합사례관리사, 드림스타트팀장, 담당공무원이 참석하여 슈퍼비전을 받았고, 사례 2건을 담당 아동통합사례관리사가 발표하며, 이에 대해 슈퍼비전을 제공받는 방식으로 진행됐다고 했다. 

사례는 아동통합사례관리사가 현재 담당하고 있는 사례 중 양육자의 적절하지 않은 양육태도 및 환경으로 인해 아동발달 상의 어려움을 가지고 있는 가구로 선정했고, 아동발달 상의 어려움의 다양한 원인 중 이번 슈퍼비전에서는 정신건강적인 측면에서 원인과 해결 방안을 슈퍼바이저와 함께 찾아보는 시간을 가졌다.

안병용 의정부시장은 “취약계층 아동 사례관리 특성에 맞는 현장 밀착형 슈퍼비전 체계구축을 위한 업무 지원을 지속적으로 하겠다”고 말했다.
