[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 2월 28일까지 양주시 회천2동은 임인년을 맞아 ‘내 집 앞, 내 점포 앞 눈 치우기 인증샷 이벤트’를 진행한다고 밝혔다.

‘내 집 앞, 내 점포 앞 눈 인증샷 이벤트’는 겨울철 주민 불편을 최소화하고 주민 스스로 방재 의식을 고취하고 안전을 확보하기 위해 마련됐으며, 이벤트 참여방법은 회천2동 카카오톡 채널 가입 후에 게시된 포스트 링크를 통해 눈 치우기 인증샷을 보내면 참여 가능하고, 참여자 중 10명을 추첨해 오는 3월 2일 개별 문자메시지로 안내하고 소정의 기념품을 제공할 예정이라고 했다.

회천2동 주민 건축가 김씨는 “내 집 앞의 눈 치우기는 의무사항임에도 대다수 시민이 모르고 있다”며 “주민들에게 알릴 수 있는 이러한 좋은 취지의 소소한 이벤트를 시행하여 이번 기회에 참여하게 되었다”고 전했다.
