[서종협 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 삼척시(시장 박상수)는 9월 9일부터 9월 12일까지 귀성객과 시민들이 편안하고 안전한 추석 명절을 보낼 수 있도록 ‘2022 추석 연휴 종합대책’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

먼저, 9월 1일부터 9월 8일까지 6급 이상 간부공무원들은 솔선수범하여 노인, 장애인, 한부모 가정 등 저소득가구 267가구를 위문하며 ‘함께 나누는 명절’ 분위기를 조성했다.

긴급상황 발생 시 신속하게 대응하기 위해 코로나19, 재난, 쓰레기, 물가관리, 교통, 상수도 등 담당 부서와 협업하여 종합대책 상황실을 운영할 계획이다.

아울러,  ▶재난·감염병 예방 비상대응체계 강화  ▶함께 나누는 명절 만들기  ▶생활민원 바로 처리  ▶물가안정 및 전통시장 활성화  ▶교통소통 및 안전대책 추진  ▶비상진료, 보건·식품안전, 감염병 예방대책  ▶비대면 관광지 등 지역홍보 강화  ▶엄정한 공직기강 확립  ▶현장행정 활동 강화 등 9개 분야를 중점적으로 추진해 연휴기간 동안 시민들이 안전하고 편안한 추석 명절을 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다할 예정이다.

생활쓰레기 관리대책으로는 9월 9일부터 9월 12일까지 쓰레기대책 상황반을 편성해 생활쓰레기 민원에 신속하게 대처할 예정이다. 다만, 추석 당일인 10일부터 11일까지는 수거를 안 하고 13일부터 15일까지 연휴 기간에 배출된 생활쓰레기를 집중수거할 계획이다.

또한, 관내 진료 의료기관과 비상 진료체계를 구축하여 연휴기간 비상 진료 기관, 병·의원 및 휴일 지킴이 약국을 지역별로 지정해 홈페이지 등에 공개하여 응급의료에 불편이 없도록 조치할 계획이다.

시 관계자는 “추석 연휴 종합대책 추진으로 귀성객과 시민 모두가 안전하고 따뜻한 연휴를 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 전했다.

In addition, by establishing an emergency treatment system with in-house medical institutions, emergency medical institutions, hospitals and clinics, and holiday keeper pharmacies are designated by region during the holiday period and disclosed on the website to prevent inconvenience to emergency medical services.

A city official said, "We will do our best to ensure that both returning guests and citizens spend a safe and warm holiday by promoting comprehensive measures for the Chuseok holiday."
