배꼽축제의 일환으로 진행되는 토크쇼는 국토정중앙 20주년의 발자취와 향후 발전 과제에 대해 모색하기 위해 마련했으며 군수와 함께하는 수다의 장을 마련하여 국토정중앙 양구의 홍보 방안과 양구를 관광하며 느낀 점 등 주민들과 군수가 자유롭게 대화하는 시간을 가지면서 지역발전을 위한 다양한 의견을 청취할 계획이다.

토크쇼는 각 분야의 전문가들이 국토정중앙의 역사와 의미, 지역브랜드 강화 등의 내용으로 자유토론을 진행하며 국토정중앙 양구의 활성화 방안을 모색할 계획이다.
