[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 8일까지, 화천군이 '2022년 평화지역 시설현대화 사업'을 이달부터 본격적으로 추진한다고 밝혔다. 

군은 시설현대화 사업 소상공인 분야와 위생 분야 신청을 각각 접수하며, 올해 사업량은 소상공인 분야 50여개 업소, 위생분야 66개 업소로, 예산 범위 내에서 진행될 예정이라고 했다. 

지원이 결정된 업소는 총 사업비 2,000만원 이내에서 최대 80%인 1,600만원(부가가치세 별도)까지 지원을 받을 수 있으며, 공통 지원대상은 공고일 기준 화천군에 주민등록을 하고 사업자 등록증 기준, 동일 장소에서 1년 이상 사업을 영위하고 있는 업소고, 소상공인 분야의 경우 서비스 및 도소매업은 물론, 슈퍼마켓과 편의점, PC방과 당구장, 볼링장, 게임장, 서점, 노래연습장 등이 해당된다고 전했다. 

위생분야는 숙박업, 이·미용업, 식품접객업, 목욕장업 등이 대상이며, 사치나 유흥, 향락, 투기업종은 제외된다고 했다. 

평화지역 시설현대화 지원사업은 실내 시설개선(인테리어 등)이 원칙이며, 도배나 도색, 바닥, 전기, 조명공사 등 내부 인테리어와 실내 간판 정비, 진열대 정비 등에 총 사업비의 70% 이상이 배정돼야 하고, 노후설비 교체나 기능개선에는 사업비 30% 미만 사용이 가능하다고 했다.

화천군은 이달 중 소상공인 지원 심의위원회, 위생업소 지원 심의위원회 심의를 거쳐 사업 대상자를 선정한다고 밝혔다. 

최문순 화천군수는 “코로나19로 인한 경영악화로 시설개선에 엄두를 내지 못했던 소상공인들에게 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
