이번 백신 1차 수급량은 총 1,170명분으로 읍면동별 접종동의율에 비례해 고령자를 우선으로 선발했으며 28일과 29일 양일간 평일 오전 9시부터 오후 4시까지 순차적으로 접종이 시행된다고 했다.

접종 대상자는 양주시에 주소지를 둔 만 75세 이상 어르신, 노인시설(주야간보호센터, 주거복지시설) 입소자·종사자 등 접종에 동의한 12,703명이고, 접종백신은 화이자 백신으로 정부의 백신 공급 물량에 맞춰 각 읍면동에서 대상자 예약을 통해 3주 간격으로 2회 접종할 계획이라고 했다.
