안병용 의정부시장은 이날 7월 19일부터 시작된 고3 수험생과 교직원들의 예방접종이 원활히 진행되고 있는지 상황을 점검했다. 또한, 코로나19 예방접종에 최선을 다하고 있는 의료진과 관계자들의 노고에 감사를 표했다.

안병용 의정부시장은 “고3 수험생들이 예방접종을 함으로써 코로나19 감염의 위험에서 벗어나 다행이다”면서 “남은 기간 안심하고 수험생활에 집중하여 좋은 결과가 있기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 의정부시는 지난 7월 19일부터 오는 30일까지 관내 22개 학교 약 5천600여명의 고3 및 고교직원에 대한 1차 접종을 완료한 계획이라고 전했다.
