[김현우 기자 = 양주] 양주시는 지난 14일과 16일 경기섬유종합지원센터에서 ‘2022년 노동조합 간부 및 조합원 역량강화 교육’을 실시했다고 19일 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 관내 18개 노동조합 간부 및 조합원, 지역 노동자 등 80여명을 대상으로 급변하는 노동환경에 대한 올바른 이해와 합리적인 노사관계 구축을 목적으로 양주시에서 처음 실시하는 사업이다.

이번 교육을 마친 한 조합원은 “이번 강의를 통해 아리송한 노동관계법 실무를 숙지하고, 노동환경 이슈에 빠르게 대처할 수 있는 정보를 많이 얻어간다”고 말했다.

양주시 관계자는 “조합원들이 가장 관심이 많은 근로기준법·노동조합법 실무 및 산업재해 예방을 교육주제로 선정하고, 공인노무사와 산업안전분야 전문가 등을 초빙해 노동조합 역량강화 교육을 진행했다”고 밝혔다. 

한편 양주시는 내년에도 근로자의 날 기념행사, 노동자 체육대회 지원, 노사정 교육, 노동안전지킴이 사업 등을 통해 노동 권익보호와 건전한 조직문화 형성에 앞장설 예정이다.
