[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 3월 30일 의정부시는 경기도와 함께 코로나19 예방접종센터 모의훈련을 합동점검으로 실시했으며, 이번 합동점검은 오는 4월 15일로 예정되어 있는 예방접종센터 개소를 대비해 의정부시 건강증진과, 경기도 질병정책과, 서울시립대학교 주임연구원이 참석해 현장을 점검했다고 밝혔다.

모의훈련은 실제 예방접종 상황을 가정해 사전 준비부터 접종 직후 이상반응 모니터링까지 접종 전 단계를 포괄하여 진행됐고, 더불어 예방접종센터 운영의 적절성 검토 및 돌발상황에 대한 대비를 체계적으로 준비하고 있는지 조사했다고 말했다.

 
평가위원들이 자유롭게 공간을 돌아다니며 점검 결과를 평가했고, 위원들 간의 종합적인 의견을 나누고, 질의응답을 청취해 부족한 부분을 개선하도록 조치할 예정이라고 했으며, 코로나19 예방접종센터 모의훈련 합동점검을 통해 유사 돌발상황에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 철저히 준비해 시민들이 안전하게 백신을 접종할 수 있도록 할 방침이라고 밝혔다.
