[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 국민 안전을 위해 내년 1월 산천어축제를 취소한 화천군이 겨울철 일자리 마련에 총력전을 벌이고 있다고 밝혔다.

이에 화천군은 최근 수 차례 회의를 거쳐 각 분야 행복 일자리를 모집하는 등 지자체가 할 수 있는 모든 노력을 기울여 신규 일자리 창출에 나서고 있으며, 일자리 모집 분야는 장애인 복지, 관광시설 유지보수, 주민자치위원회 운영보조, 종합문화센터 운영관리, 민원업무보조에 이르기까지 광범위하며, 코로나19 방역패스 도입에 따라 어르신, 소상공인들을 위한 안내인력 운영사업도 검토하고 있다고 했다. 

군은 일반 행복 일자리 사업 이외에도, 겨울철 단기 아르바이트 자리가 사라진 지역 대학생들을 위해 별도의 일자리 사업도 준비하고 있으며, 군은 조만간 이러한 일자리 확대 사업의 규모와 참여인원을 확정짓고, 내년 초 본격적인 시행에 들어간다는 계획이라고 했다.
