최문순 군수는 지난 25일, 첫 보고부서인 기획감사실을 방문해 강원특별자치도법 시행에 따른 선제 대응과 우리 군의 특례 발굴, 지역 개발계획 수립 등을 첫 번째로 강조했으며 이어 지방소멸 대응기금사업의 기금 배분액 최대치 확보와 실효성 있는 사업계획 수립을 지시했고 민선 8기 군정운영의 설계도인 공약사항 분야별 세부계획을 철저히 수립해 실천해 나갈 것을 주문했다. 

최문순 화천군수는 “민선 8기 군정운영이 원활히 이뤄질 수 있도록 모든 직원들은 현장에서 맡은 임무수행에 만전을 기해달라”고 말했다.
