태백시는 점검반을 편성해 체력단련장 9곳, 체육도장 12곳, 당구장 19곳, 골프연습장 12곳, 고위험시설-GX류 2곳, 가상체험 체육시설 1곳, 자유업종 20곳, 썰매장 1곳, 스키장 1곳으로 총 71곳을 대상으로 방역점검을 실시한다고 했다.
주요 점검사항은 출입시 접종완료 및 음성확인제 이용여부, 영업시간 및 사적모임 인원 제한 준수, 시설별 방역수칙 준수, 출입자 명부관리, 시설 소독 및 환기, 이용자의 마스크 의무착용, 음식섭취 금지 등이라고 했다.
